Hardline is finally here after several delays, but is it the Battlefield fans deserve?
Battlefield Hardline, a new spin-off developed by Visceral Games, not only has to contend with the disappointment of the previous titles, but prove that it is worthy of existence. Battlefield 4, to put it nicely, was a wreck at launch and remained so for many months. Battlefield 3 had to contend with EA’s Origin service, which launched alongside the game. Battlefield 3 and 4 launched amidst much controversy and scandal.
